Performance Systems

Drying your grain with certified capacities from 40,000 to 140,000 bushels per week!

A Shivvers Performance System consists of a core drying solution (Circ-Lator II, Dri-Flo 1000, or a High-Torque Circu-Lator II) bundled with select accessories that guarantee certified capacities.

 

Family of Dryers

Circu-Lator Jr.

Shivvers' CIRCU-LATOR JR. puts continuous counter-flow grain drying within reach of any farm size or budget. The CIRCU-LATOR JR provides grain drying capacity up to 3,000 bushels per day.

 

 

Circu-Lator I

With the Shivvers CIRCU-LATOR I grain drying machine, you can take advantage of the same continuous counter-flow drying technology available with our Performance Systems, but on a smaller scale. The CIRCU-LATOR I provides grain drying capacity of up to 700 bushels per day.

 

 

 

Circu-Lator II

The CIRCU-LATOR II grain drying machine is the basic augering equipment that makes possible the counter-flow drying technology available with our Performance Systems. The CIRCU-LATOR II provides grain drying capacity up to 15,600 bushels per day.

 

 

Hi-Torque

The Shivvers Circu-Lator II is also available with High-Torque gearboxes for use in large bins.

Dri-Flow 500

The DRI-FLO 500 Legacy Series Counter-Flow Grain Dryer offers a removal rate of up to 500 bushels per hour that transfers the grain from the bottom of the bin.

 

Dri-Flow 1000

The DRI-FLO 1000 offers a removal rate of up to 168,000 bushels per week. The heavy duty bonnet with removable panels allows easy access to grease and maintain the center gearbox.
