Also available for Shivvers Performance Systems is a Shivvers 20 HP 3 Phase Centrifugal Fan and 3,200,000 BTU Centrifugal Heater (capacity calculated at 180° plenum). The Shivvers Centrifugal Fan allows Performance Systems to be used in noise limiting areas.

The Blue Flame provides peak drying efficiency with minimal fuel consumption. You can choose a Blue Flame model to burn liquid propane, propane vapor or natural gas and because each dryer burns with an intense blue flame, you are assured of the right gas/air mixture for clean, complete fuel consumption. The Hi-Low burner control assures consistently even heat.

Burner will deliver up to 200° F drying temperature at zero degrees outside air temperature.

A unique combination of safety features guards the system by shutting it down should the temperature of the plenum, grain, burner or vaporizer go too high.
Down-wind burner design delivers 15% more air because of hot air expansion through burner.
Shivvers specially designed family of extended V-Bar Burners spread out the drying heat and deliver uniformly heated drying air that prevents overdrying in localized areas. (Industry standard short and "gun type" burners produce localized hot areas resulting in streams of both hot and cold air, therefore producing hot and cold spots under the bin floor.)

Heavy walled schedule 80 pipe vaporizer tubing provides long life and an extra margin of safety with liquid propane.
Shivvers Air Damping Valves with counter weights automatically seals off the plenum from vermin when the fan stops blowing. It also seals the plenum and prevents costly air loss if one of two or more fans should shut down.
Standard Plenum High Limits guard against excessive high temperatures in your valuable grain.
Computerized electronic flame rectification assures positive ignition and safe burning
Built vaporizer output connectors provide optional propane tank heating in winter weather conditions where maximum heating is required.
