Shortage, Damage, Delays: Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Note any damage or shortage on the carriers receipt and make claim with the carrier at once. DeMott Enterprises is not responsible for any delays in shipment.

Returns: If not completely satisfied, unused parts may be returned within 30 days. All merchandise to be returned must have a return authorization number which must be included along with a copy of the original invoice with your return. Please call or write for a return authorization number. All returns must be in good condition and must be freight pre paid – we will not accept any c.o.d.’s. Credit will be issued after receiving merchandise. Quality: We strive to meet or exceed all OEM quality standards. The use of any OEM part numbers is intended for identification purposes only.

Warranty: Warranties given by the manufacturer constitute the entire warranty and no other warranties expressed or implied including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. Purchaser agrees that the limit of warranty shall not exceed the invoice price of the item.

Freight Policy: free freight on pre- season early orders over $1000.00 list price within lower Michigan. Many other orders are shipped freight free on DeMott Enterprises truck at our availability and convenience. If the customer requires immediate shipment, larger orders will be shipped freight collect by commercial truck. Smaller orders are shipped by UPS or USPS at current UPS rates plus one dollar per box packaging fee or $3.00 minimum. We try at all times to keep freight costs as low as possible.
