CAST-ON-STRAP CELL ASSEMBLY/AUTO-UNLOAD CELL INSTALLER New Castle Battery was the First Battery Manufacturer in the United States to utilize the TBS cast-on-strap burning machine which is now regarded as the industry standard. Auto unloading of the cells out of the burning machine into the battery container greatly increases productivity. Our two machines, with their computerized 4-step process, are capable of producing over 2,000 batteries per shift!
With production capacities in excess of 400,000 batteries per year, our international customer base ranges from major battery manufacturers to the end user. We specialize in customizing our battery programs to fit our customers' needs. A custom label program is just one of our specialties. Our in-house computerized labeling system even allows our foreign export customers thee convenience of labels printed in THEIR language!
